Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences
Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences is a half-yearly, peer-reviewed scholarly journal in the field of electrical engineering and electronics that aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of research articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc.
The Research Publication en-US Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences 2249-6297 Smart Communication Interpreter for Mute and Deaf People
As a consequence of birth anomalies and accidents, the number of hearing impaired and speech challenged sufferers has increased dramatically in recent years. When a deaf-dumb person speaks to a normal person, the normal person struggles to understand and demands that the deaf-dumb person display gestures to meet his or her needs. Dumb individuals speak to us in their own language. The only need is that we need to understand their language. Sign language is a communication capacity used by deaf and dumb people that uses hand signs, orientations, and movement of the hands, arms, or body, as well as facial expressions, to transmit the thoughts of a speaker fluently. However, most people struggle to understand this sign language. People who are unable to speak or have lost their ability to speak as a result of an injury find it difficult to transmit their message in society. We created an electronic speaking glove for this project. Dumb individuals may easily converse with normal people by merely wearing the glove. The system’s circuitry translates some activities, such as receiving a speech for each chosen button, making it easier for deaf/dumb people to converse with normal people. In this system, an LCD display is also employed; normal people’s voice is detected word by word and shown as text on the LCD display, making it easier for normal people to converse with deaf/mute people. As a result, this initiative will assist to bridge the communication gap between mute, deaf, and hearing persons.
Samiya Majid Baba Indu Bala Copyright (c) 2022 Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences 2022-11-12 2022-11-12 11 2 1 5 10.51983/ajes-2022.11.2.3361 Observer Based Single-Phase Active Current Harmonic Filter for Distributed Industrial Loads
Harmonic currents are introduced into power system as use of nonlinear electrical loads increases. Extra losses are caused by harmonic current stream into effective supply lines. A dynamic power filter engenders harmonic compensating current using a switching inverter. Single-phase current into the harmonic filter connects in parallel to load end and inject current harmonic required by the load feeder to avoid harmonic current in the direction of power system. This report discusses harmonic problem, available harmonic mitigation techniques, basic design of filter, control strategy, design steps of major hardware blocks, modelling and simulation of current harmonic filter in MATLAB SIMULINK setting, component selection, hardware implementation and final results. This filter will eliminate harmonic up to 45th order. The control circuit consists of a peak filter, all-pass filter, low pass filter and adders which are used to produce error signal by comparing harmonic current demand of load and injected harmonic current through switching inductor.
Hanuman Patel Sanjay Kumar Mathur Vikram Singh Rajpurohit Copyright (c) 2022 Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences 2022-11-12 2022-11-12 11 2 6 15 10.51983/ajes-2022.11.2.3363 Design and Analysis of C Band Bracelet Shaped Wearable DRA with Low SAR
A Bracelet shaped wearable Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) is designed and analyzed in this paper. The proposed DRA is made of Bakelite and is capable of operating efficiently in the vicinity of four different frequencies (5.9 GHz, 6.5 GHz 7.1 GHz, 7.6 GHz) in C Band. A performance characteristic of the Bracelet DRA is investigated with the help of a model of human wrist wearing the Bracelet DRA. The DRA worn on human wrist model gives directivity ranging from 7.4dBi to 8.3dBi at different operating frequencies. Radiation efficiency up to 82.1% at 5.9 GHz is obtained. Maximum Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) obtained is 1.15 W/Kg which is within the safe level of 1.6 W/kg set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), United States. Simulation of the designed DRA is done using CST Microwave Studio Software. Comparable or better performance characteristics of the proposed DRA is obtained than those of several C band wearable antenna structures reported in recent literature.
Sukla Basu Copyright (c) 2022 Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences 2022-11-30 2022-11-30 11 2 16 23 10.51983/ajes-2022.11.2.3389 Bug Tracker: A Comprehensive Bug Tracking and Modification System
It is important that information provided in bug reports is relevant and complete in order to help resolve bugs quickly. However, often such information trickles to developers after several iterations of communication between Developers and reporters. Poorly designed bug tracking systems are partly to blame for this exchange of information being stretched over time. Our paper addresses the concerns of bug tracking systems by proposing four broad directions for enhancements. As a proof-of-concept, we also demonstrate a prototype interactive bug tracking system that gathers relevant information from the user and identifies files that need to be fixed to resolve the bug.
K. But conserving the limited resource and maintaining Quality of service is the challenging task. There is most need to design an algorithm to maintain quality of services. In this paper we have designed node layered division MAC with adaptive listening based on the queue size at the transmitting cluster node. The proposed protocol attenuates the problem of collision and unfair distribution of power among the nodes. When compared with the existing algorithms, IQMAC outperforms in terms of network lifetime, delay, PDR and collision probability.
Abhijit Halkai Sujatha Terdal Shivani Bhasgi Copyright (c) 2022 Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences 2022-12-15 2022-12-15 11 2 30 34 10.51983/ajes-2022.11.2.3546 Estimation of the Speed of the Vehicle Using MATLAB
The research paper uses image processing to exhibit moving car video sequences and estimates their speeds. In this paper, grayscale is utilized by the MatLAB program to pre-process video images and give a stream of legitimate video footage of traffic. This article’s challenge uses a deep studying method that wishes a vast quantity of computation for training. Thus, Authors determined to lessen the scope of the challenge to teach a version that could examine one-of-a-kind site visitors’ velocity symptoms and symptoms.
Rajni Bala Anupma Marwaha Megha Gupta Udit Sharma Gaurav Kishore Rishika Himanshu Goel Gaurav Bansal Sanjay Marwaha Copyright (c) 2022 Asian Journal of Electrical Sciences 2022-12-15 2022-12-15 11 2 35 38 10.51983/ajes-2022.11.2.3465
