Already several researches have done to find the prominence of self-actualization on employee satisfaction and performance, but the research is limited in the area of academicians. This paper is attempted to find the demographic priorities of academicians of Tamil Nadu universities on self- actualization.</p> <p>Descriptive research design was followed in this study. To support the objective the researcher collected 178 samples by using purposive stratified random sampling technique. With the help of ANOVA, and Independent sample t test were used to find the results.
