This paper examine the historical perspective of anti-dumping procedures and highlights the changes in the export trend, cultural shrimp productivity and issues of US Anti-Dumping duty on Indian Shrimp. This study revealed that U S Antidumping Duty, Countervailing Duty and Anti-subsidy measures have affected the Indian Shrimp Export.
