This paper analyses and evaluate the methods and instruments for user behavior on accessing digital resources and the facilities, available e-resources of the library. In addition user expectation and their preferences are also discussed. The parameters of the problem are analyzed and explained using five-point scale. Statistical package for Social Sciences was used to find the results. Discussions were made to interpret the results.
