Publishing and Authorship Pattern of Faculties in Tamil Nadu State Universities: An Analytical Study

This paper investigates publishing and authorship pattern of faculty members in Tamil Nadu state Universities. The questionnaire survey method has been used to collect the data from faculty members and the format has been used in the questionnaire. The researchers have distributed more than 2200 questionnaires to the faculty members of the Tamil Nadu State Universities. Three author patterns are found to be predominant in University faculty publications and next priority given to joint author pattern.
